Your account security depends not only on net29's systems, but also on the best practices you follow yourself. Use these guidelines to keep your account protected from external threats.
Choose a password with at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or anything others could easily guess.
The net29 team will never ask for your password through any channel. Never share your username or password with anyone, including friends or family.
If you log in on a public computer such as at a cyber cafe or office, make sure you log out completely when done and do not check "Remember me" on that device.
Always make sure you log in only through the official net29 website. Check the address bar to confirm the URL is correct and that there is a security lock icon confirming a secure HTTPS connection.
Change your net29 account password at least once every three months as a proactive security measure. Use a different password from your other accounts.
Make sure Caps Lock is off and that you're entering the correct password. Check that you're using the right keyboard layout. If it still fails, use the forgot password function.
After several failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily frozen as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes or contact net29 customer support for immediate assistance.
Check your spam or junk mail folder. Emails from net29 are sometimes filtered by email providers. Add the net29 email address to your safe senders list to avoid this issue in the future.
