01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

02 Member Eligibility

08 Account Closure & Suspension

You have the right to close your net29 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal after all wagering requirements are met and identity verification is complete.

Net29 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, misconduct, or financial criminal activity
